Triple M Building Co was founded in Melbourne in 1998. Established on the principles of business integrity and project efficiency, we remain passionate about all aspects of the construction process. Over the years we have created longstanding working relationships within the building and real estate industry.
Prior to 1998, our beginnings were large scale civil and industrial projects. Over the last 23 years we have focused on residential and commercial projects and property developments. This has included renovations, extensions and custom designed homes. Property developments have included dual occupancy, multi townhouses and multi level apartments.
Our wide range of experience has provided us with the opportunity to work in various disciplines using a variety of methods, affording us exceptional experience in all areas of design and construction. We continue to pursue work of different building types and budgets providing a service that is detail driven and focuses on client requirements.
Domestic
We specialise in all aspects of residential construction including renovations, extensions and new homes from design conception through to completion.
Commercial
We undertake small to medium size commercial projects, including factories, warehouses, retail shops and offices.
Property Development
We undertake joint ventures with property owners from land purchase to completion including dual occupancy, multi unit townhouses and multi level apartments.
